On Friday, May 22, the eighth grade class visited the kindergarten room.

In September, the eighth graders wrote and illustrated their own children stories.

On Friday, they read their original stories to the kindergarteners, received feedback, and then listened to the kindergarteners read their favorite stories to them.

Students then took turns drawing and coloring portraits of one another.

The time spent together was a success and not a time to soon be forgotten. Both eighth graders and kindergarteners look forward to seeing their "buddies" around next year.
